TP32-18A Catalyst (Similar to Actiron?32-18A)
Description
TP32-18A?acts?as?a?catalyst.?Provides?wrinkle?finishes?when?used?in?polyester?resin?based?powder coating formulations in combination with a monomeric tetramethoxy methyl glycoluril cross-linker. Affects the pre-cure rheology and the cross-linking reaction of the cross-linker to form “wrinkle” textures. Used in wrinkle finishes for decorative indoor or outdoor metal furniture, grills, toolboxes, audio-video equipment, file cabinets, and all other goods requiring highly durable?finishes.

Curing condition?：15 minutes at 180°C.
Dry blend?TP80??turtle shell agent 0.1-3% to adjust the texture size
Extruding temperature should 10℃ higher than normal extruding
temperature(120-130°C )and mix adequately, so that extruding results good .Grinding the powder with a little big particle size and curing @200°C*15min.

2.?Keep?container?tightly?closed?and?store?in?a?dry,?well-ventilated?area?away?from?heat?and?sources of ignition. Store at less than 35°C. To minimize degradation of the product, avoid unnecessary exposure to moisture and atmospheric oxygen by keeping the package tightly closed when not in use.
